Official Rules

1. Eligibility: The Sweepstakes is open only to legal residents of the United States, aged 18 or older. Employees of Pest Management LLC d/b/a PMSI Pest Management Services ("PMSI") (“Sponsor”) are not eligible to enter.

2. Entry Period: The Entry Period begins on August 1, 2025 at 12:00 AM Central Time and ends at 8:59 AM Central Time on December 17, 2025 (the “Entry Period”).

3. How to Enter: Visit https://mypmsi.com/ravens and complete the entry form during the Entry Period. Entries must be received by 8:59 AM Central Time four days prior to each Ravens home game during the Entry Period to be eligible for the drawing associated with that home game. There is a limit of one (1) entry per person per home game. By entering, you indicate your full agreement to these Official Rules and Sponsor’s decisions regarding the Sweepstakes, which are final and binding.

4. Drawings: Four (4) days prior to each of the Ravens regular season home games scheduled between September and December, 2025, Sponsor will select two (2) winners in a random drawing of all entries received. The odds of winning depend on the number of entries received for that drawing. Entries that are not selected in one drawing will not be carried forward to future drawings. The winners will be contacted via email and/or phone and will be required to respond within 24 hours. A winner may be required to sign a declaration of eligibility, and a liability/publicity release in order to receive the prize.

5. Prizes: Two (2) winners in each drawing will each receive two (2) tickets to the next Baltimore Ravens home game. The approximate retail value of each prize is $815. Winners are responsible for paying any costs and taxes not specified above. Any prize details not specified above will be determined by Sponsor, in its sole discretion. A winner may not request cash or a substitute prize; however, Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize with another prize of equal or greater value if the prize is not available for any reason, as determined by Sponsor, in its sole discretion. PRIZES WILL BE ACCEPTED “AS IS” WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED (INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, ANY IMPLIED WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE).

6. General Conditions: In the event that the Sweepstakes is impaired in any way, Sponsor may award the prize from among the eligible entries received up to the time of the impairment. Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify and seek damages from any individual who tampers with the Sweepstakes, violates these Rules, or acts in a disruptive manner. By entering, you agree to release and hold harmless Sponsor and the Baltimore Ravens Limited Partnership, and each of their parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, and each of their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents (the “Released Parties”) from and against any claim or cause of action arising out of participation in the Sweepstakes or receipt or use of any prize. You waive the right to claim any damages whatsoever, including, but not limited to, punitive, consequential, direct, or indirect damages.

7. Disputes: Except where prohibited, you agree that any and all disputes, claims and causes of action arising out of, or connected with, the Sweepstakes or any prize awarded shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and exclusively by the appropriate court located in Minnesota. All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation, and enforceability of these Official Rules, your rights and obligations, or the rights and obligations of the Sponsor in connection with the Sweepstakes, shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of Minnesota, without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules (whether of Minnesota or any other jurisdiction), which would cause the application of the laws of any jurisdiction other than Minnesota.

8. Sponsor: The Sweepstakes is sponsored by Pest Management LLC d/b/a PMSI Pest Management Services, 19980 Highland Vista Dr Ste 180, Ashburn, VA 20147. The Baltimore Ravens Limited Partnership is supplying the prize for this Sweepstakes only, and is in no way a Sponsor, Co-Sponsor, or Administrator of this Sweepstakes.
